I posted last week about my baby having an irregular heartbeat. The good news is the ultrasound showed it happening but not consistently and the doctor was pretty unconcerned. He said PACs (can you pluralize that?) are common and shouldn't affect my pregnancy just to keep up with fetal movement counts etc. He also said I was fine with my caffeine ( Read more... )

i've read in a few places that diarrhea is a sign of the onset of labor. i've been experiencing it throughout the day starting from when i woke up. what i'm not sure about is how to eat from this point on..? if i weren't pregnant and had this symptom i'd be on the B.R.A.T. diet but i don't know if that's the most nutritious thing for me and baby at ( Read more... )
